4 eggs

250 gr yogurt ( click the link below for the recipe of homemade yogurt)


75 gr (6 tablespoon) sugar

150 gr cream cheese (without salt)

2 tablespoon corn floor

1 coffee spoon baking powder

1/2 coffee spoon ground cinnamon

2 table spoon dried cranberries or raisins

2 table spoon icing sugar

Separate the egg white and yolks. Beat the eggyolks with a pinch of salt until they are stiff.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar in another bowl. Add cheese, yogurt, corn floor anf baking powder, continue to beat. Finally, add the stiffed egg whites and dried cranberries and mix gently with a spoon. 

Heat the oven  180 ° C.

Pour the cake mix into the mold.

Bake it for 25-30 minutes. 

Cool off the cake, then decorate the cake by sifting the icing sugar on it.
