Ingredients:
1 celeriac
1 potato
2 carrots
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup of orange juice (Fresh, not from concentrate)
5 table spoon olive oil
Salt
1 coffee spoon sugar
Instructions:
Peel and slice celeriac, potato, onion and carrots. (as shown in the photos below)
Keep the slices of celeriac in a bowl of water with lemon juice to avoid oxidation
Place each vegetable into a pan with the order shown in the photos below.
Add orange juice, olive oil, salt and sugar.
1-Onion 2-Potato 3-Carrots 4-Celeriac and orange juice 5-Olive oil
Cook on high heat until it boils then cook it on low heat until the vegetables soften.
Serve it warm or cold.
