Daha önce Club Allard’dan tanıdığımız, 2014’de Dstage isimli kendi restoranını açarak 2015’de birinci, 2017’de 2. Michelin yıldızını alan Diego Guerrero’nun yeni projesi Dspeakeasy’i merakla bekleyenlerdendim. Dstage’deki tadım menüsü denemeyi de çok istedim ancak rezervasyonu en az 2 kişilik kabul etmeleri ve benim de bu menüye 170 Avro ödemeye istekli bir arkadaş bulamamamdan dolayı kısmet olmadı….
